Sustainability

We like to think we're a decent bunch here at The North Space who renew, reuse and recycle wherever we can. Whether it's sourcing the best recycled paper stock or only putting as much water in the kettle as we need, we take our responsibility seriously. Working at a studio with nature on our doorstep reminds us of that.

Giving something back

We are local folk and love where we work and that's why we like to forge as many relationships as we can with the local community. We regularly have school work experience placements and not just because they are willing to make a cuppa. It's good for the soul to pass on knowledge and skills. We have also been known to involve schools and colleges with actual projects by running design competitions and skills workshops. We know we don't have to do it but we enjoy doing it. We also give generously to a couple of local charities that are close to our hearts.

Our responsibility

We spend lots of money with suppliers each year. Much of that money is on behalf of our clients. But whoever's bank account it’s coming from, we have a responsibility to spend it wisely. We review our supplier roster regularly to make sure we’re working with the best in the business, whether that’s photography, print, technical skills, or the local sandwich van.
